Your Qualifications
You must be a fully qualified and experienced motor vehicle technician. It is essential that you are qualified to at least NVQ Level 3.
You will have a good working knowledge of a variety of makes and model of motor vehicle.
You have a excellent understanding of electrics and diagnostic procedures, which complement your strong mechanical knowledge and ability.
You must have a full, clean, current driving license and your own tools.

You enjoy working on a wide range of different vehicles. Every day is different, and you thrive on variety and new challenges.
You work hard and take pride in your work. You get a job done and you do it well.
You are well organised and methodical.
You are an excellent communicator. You can listen to, and understand, customers’ needs and explain issues in a way that is easy to understand.
You are able to help with booking in work and prioritising workload, from time to time.
You enjoy working as part of a small team, but can work effectively on your own too.

Pay and Remuneration
A salary of between £35,000 – £45,000 per year FTE (£16-£20 per hour), dependent on experience.
A signing on bonus of £250, paid after your first 30 working days have been completed.

Our welfare facilities are warm, comfortable and clean and the workshop is climate controlled, with heating in winter and a cooling system in summer
Your safety is important to us and full uniform and PPE is provided to all team members.
We love a day out and our recent trips include the Autosport Show and a visit to Croft for the BTCC, including fantastic hospitality from NAPA.
We’re in a quiet, village location, that is only a short drive from the A1. You’ll work with beautiful surroundings, but that is easily and quickly accessible from miles around.
